This Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of: (i) persons who enter into a contract with the Data Controller; (ii) persons who enter their personal data into forms on the Data Controller’s website; and (iii) users of the Data Controller’s website (collectively referred to as the “Data Subject”).

To ensure your satisfaction with our services, we store and process your personal data to the necessary extent, in particular the personal data you provide to us for the purpose of concluding a contract (“Contract”).

Since our main activity does not involve large-scale processing of special categories of personal data, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.

Additionally, based on your consent, we may process data for:
- Sending commercial communications—newsletters, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Personalization and improvement of website quality, analysis of demand, and targeted advertising (only with your consent to cookies).
- Compliance with legal obligations arising from Czech or EU law.
- Pursuing legitimate interests (e.g., debt collection, protection of rights, or direct marketing).

You may withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge by email or written request. Upon withdrawal, we will stop processing your data unless another legal basis applies. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
How long do we process your personal data?
- Until all rights and obligations under the Contract are fulfilled,
- Until withdrawal of consent (max. 5 years from the date of consent),
- For the period required by law,
- For as long as legitimate interests persist (max. 3 years after the Contract),
- For as long as cookies remain enabled in your browser.
Once all reasons for processing cease, your data will be deleted.
Who may access your personal data?

- Authorities entitled by law, such as law enforcement agencies.
With your consent, data may also be disclosed to other parties for marketing or publication purposes.
Are you required to provide your personal data?
No. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without it, a Contract cannot be concluded, and services cannot be provided.
